本次更新是為了 8 號上市的資料片《樂租生活》做的準備更新

這次更新蠻大的，記得更新前先備份存檔與模組

另外有個沒寫在 patch notes 裡比較大的改變是
現在可以編輯三米舒諾跟萬年青港的公寓外牆窗戶
不過可能是因為綠色生活 NAP 功能可以改變世界樣貌的關係
萬年青港的部分好像有點怪怪的
現在想要改造公寓的話可能謹慎一點多留些備份存檔吧
錯誤修復的部分，這次有大量的修復，請參照官方說明與問題清單
