It adds missing players along with cyberface and portrait updates and also contains updated ratings for better performance as well as correct player positions and bio data. It also includes missing legends such as Michael Jordan complete with faces and portraits, adds a second 90s All-Stars team, updates the Team USA roster and adds Dream Team I and Dream Team III to the game. Finally, a Fatigue Fix by Maek and updated playbooks have also been included for better performance and the East and West All-Star teams as well as the Rookie and Sophomore teams have also been updated for All-Star Weekend 2009. Note that this patch is for the PC version ONLY.
