[3DS] Smealum 發佈破解鎖區的方法
純粹使用漏洞，只破解鎖區限制。
不用改機、不用燒錄卡，
「理論上」不會造成系統損毀或觸法，
舊型 3DS, 3DS XL, 2DS ver 9.0~9.4 適用，
