剛剛與德國確認 是我自己錯了
過度攻擊規則沒問題
是
不能攻擊同一玩家所擁有的"特定"城鎮超過6次

It is not allowed to attack any given city owned by a player over 6 times in
a single 24 hours period.
外加解釋
How many times can you attack a player in a 24-hour period?
You can attack each city that player has up to 6 times
