Phoenix is the all-new emulator 3DO that the developer developed
over 6 years, the emulator has nothing to freedo.

- ARM has been written by me specifically for the project Phoenix
- There are no bugs in Wing Commander 3
- Added support for crash n burn
- All games work fast full 60 fps
- Moved to HLE
