Updated to MAME 0.144 - MAMEUI 0.144
- Added preliminary support for The Last Hope. (As requested via PM
taken from MisfitMAME)
- Significantly reduced initial GUI startup lag thanks to the usage
of external folders.
- Some bug-fixes here and there.
