(mapper # 4) IRQs.
* Added mapper # 12, 49, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205 and 213.
* Fixed mapper # 185.
* Added sort ability in the browser
* Added rating ability in the browser
* Fixed: when the user uses CTRL+X to run a rom from the recent,
the emuator changes the state slot to slot X.
* Added new commandlines/console commands.
