MESSinfo.dat v0.143u3 is released. detailed mess game information (including
version added, number of players, game status, cpu/audio chips, display info
and maws hall of fame ratings). Provides Recommended Games for GameEx.
MESSinfo.dat Changelog:
* 1.15 11/08/2011: Added the info taken from the SVN (from 1 to 11890): end
of phase 2 (until 07/05/2011). Fixed some errors.
* 1.16 12/08/2011: Added information about content and size of the added or
updated BIOS of MESS 0.143u2.
* 1.17 17/08/2011: Aligned file to 0.143u3 version.
