SexyAL: Added support for reversed-byte-order(relative to CPU endianness)
sample formats to the ALSA driver; this will allow for better
support for non-native soundcards(such as a little-endian sample
format "PC" soundcard plugged into an old PowerPC Mac big-endian
system running Linux).
SNES: Added support for custom palettes.
GB: Added support for custom palettes.
