MESSinfo.dat v0.143u2 is released. detailed mess game information (including
version added, number of players, game status, cpu/audio chips, display info
and maws hall of fame ratings). Provides Recommended Games for GameEx.
MESSinfo.dat Changelog:
* 1.08 13/07/2011: Added information about content and size of the added or
updated BIOS of MESS 0.143u1.
* 1.09 15/07/2011: Added info about versions 0.128, 0.129 and 0.130.
* 1.10 18/07/2011: Added info about 0.131 version.
* 1.11 19/07/2011: Added info about versions 0.132, 0.133 and 0.134.
* 1.12 20/07/2011: Added info about 0.135 version.
* 1.13 22/07/2011: Added info about 0.136 version. End of phase 1!!!
