MedGui v1.62 is released. MedGui is a GUI (Frontend) for Mednafen WINDOW OS.

- Add Chinese translation (many thx at marchbiggg for the translation and
debug)
- Add Flag for avaiable language
- Add refresh to update avaiable language list
- Fix a problem (in drag & drop) to recognize rom with extension < 2 char
Instruction to localize MedGui
* Put the folder with MedGui.resources.dll inside at the same path of MedGui
(you can also download avaiable language from MedGui option section, get the
file from language folder and transfer it into MedGui path)
* restart the GUI
* Now MedGui is localized with the same operation system language (only if
localized resource are avaiable)
