MedGui v1.60 is released. MedGui is a GUI (Frontend) for Mednafen WINDOW OS.

- Add multilanguage support to localize GUI (at the moment the only language
avaiable are italian and english (default))
NB. At the moment baloon tips are in english language, in the future if you
will help me, i implement the support to other translations
- Fix any problem in pc-cd/pcfx section
- Fix a problem to store last ussed game at restart of gui
- Any small bugfix
Intruction to localize MedGui
* Put the folder with MedGui.resources.dll inside at the same path of MedGui
(you can also download avaiable language from MedGui option section)
* restart the GUI
* Now MedGui is localized with the same operation system language (only if
localized resource are avaiable)
