DSP Emulator v0.10b4 WIP (2010/12/27) is released. DSP Emulator is a new
version of the ZX SPECTRUM +3, ZX Spectrum 128, ZX Spectrum 48, Arcade,
Amstrad CPC 464, NES and Game Boy emulator.

Great improvements on System16A driver. Fixed colors, sprites, tiles, chars,
priorities and controls, but no sound (yet). Added 'Alex Kidd' and 'Fantasy
Zone'
