PCSX Rerecording SVN r276 is released. PCSX Rerecording is a special version
of PCSX with many new features such as input rerecording, cheat support, RAM
search, RAM watch, customizable hotkeys, etc.

forgot to modify "embed" versions of save/loadstate. guess these are only
used for movie-starting-from-state?

Fix a return path in gpu from returning garbage, plug tasvideos.org in
