Vba-ReRecording SVN r242 is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording
branch of VisualBoyAdvance.This is the development project for this branch of
VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of
Tool-Assisted movies.

VBA rerecording changelog:

* Frame Adavance: Account For Lag was working correctly. No need to fix it.
* No longer modifies the movie file unnecessarily.
* Fixed the option to automatically replay the movie from the beginning after
it
ends.
* Added option to keep the movie open after replay ends. Modified checks for
inconsistency of movie snapshots, correspondingly.
