Whoops, 0.8a was a botched upload. I changed to 0.8b because github has some
issues with caching downloads, but don't bother with 0.8a and go get 0.8b.
Also, I left out one of the updates in 0.8a (now 0.8b)
-Throttled initial sync: The initial sync is now broken up into chunks and
sent in pieces over time. This fixes issues people were having where the
entire initial sync would queue up on their router and cause dropouts in
internet for a few seconds.

I'm going to try to start actually sleeping at night instead of taking a
short nap and calling it a night's sleep, this might reduce the number of
bugs in future code.
