PCSX2 SVN r3674 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2)
emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most
recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have
made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games
are claimed to have full functionality.

Very nasty quick fix for sVU and VU interpreter regression in r3648. I have
no idea why it's desirable to be able to move the VU registers structure
after initialisation and a proper fix allowing for this is going to messy.
Needs Jake's attention.
