[新聞] Dolphin SVN r6118

Dolphin SVN r6117 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to
run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It
has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. OpenCL is enabled in
this build.

JitIL: Omitted some extra MOVs when a next program counter is in a register.

JitIL: Omitted extra SUBs when js.downcountAmount == 0. (Though it is not
very often.)
