Dolphin SVN r5426 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to
run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It
has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

NetPlay: completely redone - should be somewhat usable when using Single Core
and DSP LLE Plugin.

Netplay build fix for linux, and a little clean up.
For some reason something in (or included in) Frame.h messes up the SFML
inclusion in NetPlay.cpp.
