Ambiance will now resume after running an emulator. GameEx will now run
without administrator rights. You will need to install GameEx to a folder
that does not require administrator rights such as C:\GameEx. This is now the
default install path. Fixes path double quotes issue. Fixes font issue at
high resolutions.
