NES emulator have been updated recently. Changes:
- bugfix: full screen filters were broken;
- bugfix: video dialog would accidently clear the filter while changing
resolutions;
- bugfix: rewrote mapper 23 (vrc2) vrom handling to fix Crisis Force.
