Vba-ReRecording SVN r193 is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording
branch of VisualBoyAdvance.This is the development project for this branch of
VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of
Tool-Assisted movies.

fix input disable bug from r153 and throttler Sleep(1.6 years) bug, which were
making vba impossible to use at least half of the time
