[新聞] Snes9x ReRecording SVN r95

Snes9x ReRecording SVN r95 is released. Snes9x ReRecording is the
re-recording branch of Snes9x 1.43 and Snes9x 1.51.This is the development
project for this branch of Snes9x. Its primary function is to expand features
related to the creation of Tool-Asssisted movies.

Lua: add apu.read* which reads APU RAM, just for my SPC analyzing works
(TASers really don't need them normally)
