r1195 - Avoid NullPointerException in sceAudioOutput2GetRestSample.
r1194 - demos from pspsdk to test morphing.
r1193 - basic morphing support for vertex position,normals,color,
texture mapping.
r1192 - Implemented sceAudioOutput2GetRestSample and
sceAudioOutput2ChangeLength. First translation of the
dither matrix′s values. Added more error codes to
SceKernelErrors.
