Snes9x ReRecording SVN r64 is released.Snes9x ReRecording is the re-recording
branch of Snes9x 1.43 and Snes9x 1.51.This is the development project for
this branch of Snes9x. Its primary function is to expand features related to
the creation of Tool-Asssisted movies.

1.51: Removed a bunch of redundant lines from vcproj.
Upgraded zlib/libpng (1.2.3/1.2.40) and added precompiled library.
