SPU2-X SVN r1804 Changelog:
Re-ordered the MSVC folder structure to split PCSX2 into two definitive
sections: [App]Host and [Emu]Core (the bracketed names indicate the "long"
versions which are generally used in the code to differentiate the functions
and classes). If the tentative layout is good then I'll sort the files on SVN
to match that layout.
