[新聞] (Control Pad Plugin for PCSX2) LilyPad v 0.9.9

- Will no longer hide the cursor when testing a force feedback
binding and mouse mode is not set to disabled.
- Bug that required the GS window to be unfocused and then
focused again for keyboard input to work when only one pad
plugin was set to LilyPad fixed.
