Finaly its released…. the first WIP-Version of emuControlCenter 1.0.0.

We′ve added 2 new translations to emuControlCenter
- Greek tranlation is done by Alkis30
- Portoguese tranlation is done by namnam
Also there is a gift for all the people collecting meta data and adding this
into the emuControlCenter gameDB * Fix
