added: support for CHD regions. Now you can disable/enable subsets of chds.
For example you can disable lasterdisks but scan cd-roms, etc.
You can enable/disable them in Scanner->Hash & Chd (formerly Checksums...)
(at the moment this is only available in xml dats)
added: wordbyteswap operation to xml header syntax
added: new header defintions for n64 (thanks Cue)
fixed: setsubfolder support is broken
