* Now uses supports displaying of recently used files
* Removed BMP screenshotting
* Uses GTK stock items for menus

Cmake build system:
* Can choose to build the GTK frontend, SDL frontend or both (bgk)
* Fixed some warnings (Nach)
* Fixed Cmake for cross compiling (bgk)
