Basically, everything you have to do is launch DOTA 2 and open your console and type connect 108.16.29.104:3004. In case the server is full, and in most cases it is since Random OMG MODE is really addictive and fun according to people that already had a chance to try it out, you can enjoy watching the stream of it via Twitch.
