[BM08]非官方10.19的更新，蠻重要的!
As luck would have it, the day AFTER we put up 10.18, Ian finds the bug
that's causing missing year-by-year stats, and I figure out how to fix some
of the free agent and trading AI issues.
That's basically it for this patch:
1. You shouldn't see any more disappearing stats
2. Saving uncompressed games should work right
3. The computer shouldn't be leaving good players on the free agent list
4. The computer teams should trade with each other a lot more
The downside of #4 is that simming is slower as I'm trying to weed out the
really stupid trades. But if we get the AI right, we can optimize later. So
let me know if we've sufficiently addressed the 4 items above.
